Drinks and desserts are not included. - **To start**: A selection of sushi chosen by the chef, with prawn crackers and edamame. - **Sushi**: Nigiri, uramaki, hosomaki and sashimi, made to order. We prepare our Norwegian salmon in-house. - **Hot dishes**: Tempura, fresh homemade pasta and the chef’s fusion dishes. - **Table service**: You order at the table and every dish is brought to you. ### How it works 1. **Book**: Pick a day, Tuesday to Saturday, and tell us how many of you are coming. 2. **Order**: Choose from the all-you-can-eat menu. You can order a new round every 15 minutes, once you’ve finished the last one. 3. **Order again**: Have more of a dish you liked, or pick something else from the menu. Leftovers can’t be taken home. To keep food waste down, we may charge for dishes left uneaten. Order them from the menu, even after the all you can eat. - **Peanut**: The shell has the same texture as a real peanut. - **Coconut**: Half a coconut shell with a white dome dusted with shavings. - **Mango**: The skin shades from green to red, like a ripe mango. ## Menu: À la carte, too: sushi and Italian dishes If you’d rather skip the all you can eat, choose dishes from the menu and pay only for what you order. - **Signature Sushi Boat** (Sushi): 36 pieces of sushi and sashimi chosen by the chef, to share. - **Burrata & truffle tagliolini** (Pasta): Egg pasta with burrata, black truffle and edible gold. - **Asian Ribs** (Fusion): Slow-cooked Swiss pork ribs with an Asian glaze and sesame, served with rustic fries. - **House tiramisù** (Dessert): Made in our kitchen with mascarpone, coffee and cocoa. Drinks and desserts are not included. ### All you can eat or à la carte: what’s the difference? With the all you can eat you pay CHF 59 per person and order in rounds from a separate menu of sushi, tempura, pasta and fusion dishes. À la carte, you choose individual dishes from the menu, such as the Signature Sushi Boat or the Asian Ribs. To book, use “Book all-you-can-eat” or “Book an à la carte table”. ### Can I take leftovers home? No, leftovers from the all you can eat can’t be taken home. We may charge for uneaten food, so it’s best to order a little at a time. ### What if I have allergies or dietary needs? Tell us when you book and remind our team when you arrive.
